i may never get bottom surgery myself, but i'm so happy for my trans siblings that trans surgeries have come this far. neophalluses and neovaginas look indistinguishable from naturally-occurring* penises and vaginas and that fills me with so much joy. there's even surgeries you can get that let you have a penis and a vagina. like penile-preserving vaginoplasty and vaginal-preserving phalloplasty/metoidioplasty. that's so awesome

not too long ago in human history this kind of stuff was only a dream. but now we've finally (mostly) achieved that dream. incredible
