Thoughts on Lucifer Spoilers

Pals, to address this seemingly big problem of Lucifer's. Yeah, he can't hurt sinners, because it's a punishment. NOT for him, though. Sinners could ask Lucifer to kill them, and boom, that would end their damnation. What if, and this is a big one. What if it's not Lucifer but ALL angels that weren't winners? No mighty, high-ranking ANGEL can kill a human soul. That leads to the discussion of what ARE the executioners, why are they given names, unless they sign away their previous memories to become part of the army. If they're created, then they aren't really part of the whole program that seems to be part of Heaven, with its joy, bubbles, and unicorns, so they lack that same light. That's a whole other ball game tbh. But, I feel this is why Sera was afraid. She can't actively harm sinners, nor can any other angel. There's some major law about that. Angels can only hurt humans through God's judgment, and since we saw the speaker in this season, I feel like that's a vital nod to the fact that Angels can't make their own decision to harm human souls. Anyway, Lilith isn't an Angel, which makes sense why she was always better with the Sinners. Also, why was Heaven so nervous about her empowering Pentagram City. That's why Rosie and Alastor were working toward building Charlie up, because she's got them BOTH.

To specify, winners can hurt sinners in this theory. Not created from light angels. Adam was exalted, but he wasn't born an angel. That's why I find it interesting that they made Abel to take his place. Very interesting and seemingly purposeful, not to hurt Lute initially, but to do something else. She wasn't just overlooked for a Nepo baby; there's more at work there. She can't make the same choices that a winner soul can...

This last chapter had me laughing so much! I love good petty arguments because of tension, but Charlie is definitely ready with the resolve between Cal'dora and Lucifer!

Lucifer was growling to himself and nearly tossing things on his way to the dining room. He was angry, evident by his flaming appearance and bristled wings. “She said the damn Daddy of Hell, huh? I’ll Daddy that so hard,” he snipped and waved his hand, causing the dining room door to slam open. Too funny!

He blinked, holding onto the door. “Say what now?” Her smile shifted to something mischievous. “Why be the largest fish in a pond when you could become a leviathan in the ocean?” Silence. Recognition. She was dangerous, and his eyes narrowed in the slightest as he smiled. “Leviathan? I shall gobble up the world then,” he laughed and tilted his head. “Maybe, but is that really what you want?” she hummed, breaking their eye contact and sliding into the car.
