If you take an image from the Internet, you can search for that image in Google. Then you can either credit them or reblog it from them if the original was posted to tumblr. I'm not the same anon, I'm just trying to be helpful.. They came off as really attack-ish and that's mean.

Yeah, I totally understand what you mean. We’ve thought about doing it actually, but figured that because it’s so easy to screenshot, save and download pics it’s almost impossible to find the first, original poster via google. But, of course, if you know an easy way to do it, we would be glad to know! Thanks for being polite and helpful, we’re doing our best and are not trying to fight or upset anyone :)

wow artists spend time making their art and you just take it without crediting them.. thats rude and illegal especially if they have copyrights. it takes two seconds to add credit to a post smh

Alright, let us make this clear first; we’ve never claimed to own these pictures (except for the ones that we’ve actually taken). This blog is some sort of a collection of pictures that match the whole “glow aesthetic”. We obviously get what you are saying, and if it was as easy as you explain it to be, then we’d have given credits to every picture that’s not ours since the beginning. Unfortunately it’s not always as simple. We find almost all our pictures from the app/website We Heart It, and the issue there is that the people who post pictures there most likely have not taken the pictures themselves and they give no credit to the people who have. So, since we don’t know who has taken the pictures, how are we supposed to give credit? We could give credit to the account who posted the pictures on We Heart It, but that would be unfair to give credit to the wrong person, and in our opinion, that would be even worse than refrain to give any credit at all. We hope you understand this, and realize that we are not here to just steal other people’s pictures and art. Keep in mind that if it was that easy, we definitely would. Also (and I know this is a personal preference) a lot of people use our pictures without giving us credit for it and even repost it on other social media like We Heart It and Instagram and we honestly think it’s very cool that people want to share it with others. We know that people take our stuff without giving credit and that it’s unavoidable.
