With the amount of characters that referance Jevil really makes me wonder this, did Kris or even maybe Noelle as a kid probley took him to the Computer Lab and Asgore shop? Because Spamton clearly knows him and the same with Tasque Manager, Ramb defenly knows him as well. With the dialoge with Aqua and Blue, maybe I could think that maybe Jevil did some fun with both of them.

Im kinda hoping that maybe in Chapter 6 or 7 we get a little cutsence with Jevil, like the one with Tenna and Spamton in Chapter 3

we already got confirmation in chapter 3 through ramb that kris and "that girl" (likely noelle but possibly dess?) used to play with king and queen in kris's living room, and that's how king, queen, tenna, spamton, jevil, and ramb all know each other (tenna also confirms that he knew spamton because kris would take the laptop from the library home in the secret s rank game). since this took place in kris's house, it's possible that's how the flowers would know of jevil (since i'm pretty sure this was also before asgore and toriel divorced)

that being said that's not really what i'm asking (though i guess i should've been more clear), i'm mainly asking on a "symbolic" level. "the world revolving" seems to be an important key phrase, first appearing as the name of jevil's boss theme, then a line of flavor text during the knight's battle, and then a repeated phrase throughout all of chapter 5. my big questions are what exactly is the significance of "the world revolving" + why aqua and blue specifically out of the flowers seem to be tied to this key phrase + what that could mean for jevil himself in retrospect

is it controversial to say that everything we learned about asgore in chapter 5 pretty much cements my belief that tenna isn't actually that much of an asgore parallel like many believed. i think the reveal that asgore is actually not at all interested in indulging in the fantasy world that was being catered to him and instead is only interested in whatever information that the flower king dark world could give him to further his investigations (compared to tenna, aka John Escapism aka mr. "do not look past that area in my game there's actually nothing there nope there's totally no leftovers from the original game there" aka the guy who traps the fun gang into playing his games to prevent them from moving forward when they found out what tenna had actually been up to behind the scenes) solidifies this for me personally

i'm surprised not many people are talking about the potential parallel between noelle talking about how she feels like she's been observing her life through glass ever since dess's disappearance in chapter 5's weird route and flowery and the other flowers literally viewing the world around them from inside their glass casing

i feel like there's some kind of correlation between the spamton-tenna collaboration and whatever's going on with the shelter? in MANTLE, just right before you fight the mantle holder in the shelter, tenna monologues about what happened between him and spamton - and then in chapter 5 we learn that one of the codes is 0915199X. 199X could be anything of course but 1997 sure is a year that keeps being brought up for some reason

i remember i made a post a long time ago about how there's something a bit special about having to wait in between chapters, because it gives us all time to take it all in and just let thoughts marinate for a while until the next one. i'm glad to hear toby feels the same. i truly don't think you could ever recreate the feeling you had when you find out that there is in fact a cowboy but he's just gay and suicidal after years of seeing the fandom fall into friend inside me woody theory insanity
