If Heathcliff was a cat.
When I say I’m reading Wuthering Heights, this is what I mean.
Wuthering Heights rage
I've noticed the internet going ballistic over this movie and I'm deeply confused. Yes, I loved the book. Absolutely one of my favorite classics. However, the movie is an amazing piece of cinematic art by itself. And I will die on that hill. Let's stop projecting. Paying a tribute to Emily Brönte's Wuthering Heights is not just about historic accuracy, it's an epic filled with passion and raw emotion. The director took that emotion and created this movie. I am honestly sad for the people who don't get it. I mean to hate on this movie takes a lot of bitterness.
Finally, comparing this to a Colleen Hoover movie is abominable. You guys are dead wrong for that. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
Went to the public library yesterday. Have not been in literal years but subscribed and borrowed two novels. As a fervent reader and buyer of new books I wonder the following. Why do library books read better? Is it that they have been broken in? Is it their old book smell? The patina on the pages? Am I weird or has anyone else noticed this?
I've quit instagram.
I deleted my instagram account two days ago after 13 years of use. I've spent my whole weekend collecting all the data of my IG page and archiving it on my mac. Followed by a digital declutter (I can highly reccomend). When I finally went through all the steps of permanently deleting the account I literally suffered a panic attack. However, I can genuinely say that I already feel so much better. I'm looking forward to my Instagram and TikTok free life <3.

I've seen Wuthering Heights in the cinema yesterday and idk what to tell you. I will never be the same.
