Soo one of my best friends is getting married this weekend. I’m SOOO excited but also SOOO food anxious.

Between the rehearsal dinner and the all day, day of wedding activties ( starting with breakfast and getting ready and the day going well past dinner) I have a lot of concerns.

What if I get glutened and feel terrible? What if there is nothing for me to eat leading up to dinner? Do I bring snacks and hide them in my dress? Will there ever be a day that thoughts like these are a fear before every event in my life?!

Traders joes is my go to for a lot of random gluten free foods, and these do not disappoint. I LOVE everything bagels and these are thin or flakey like other brands I’ve tried.
