Always interesting to excavate one's desk at a new job, particularly in a #newsroom. Not TOO many #office #relics #leftbehind at this workstation, but of course included the obligatory reporter's #notebook, #vintage #Swingline #stapler. Other #deskcavation finds include: - red and green dry-erase #markers (how festive!) - a few working permanent markers of various sizes - two mostly working #highlighters - two wireless mouse USB receivers - #bubbles, slightly spilled - a lifetime supply of #staples AND #paperclips - misc photos of a #turkey, an #owl, and two military servicemen (#ProTip: A #coffeesleeve can be MacGuyvered into a photo stand pretty effectively, apparently.) - four oddly shaped branded binder clips - a whiteout tape pen - several pens that mostly all work - station swag including #erasers, heat-sensitive #pencils, and a cell phone card pouch branded for the #Rio2016 #2016Olympics - a disc copy of the 2019 Omaha city budget (because sure, why not?) https://www.instagram.com/p/Br5ulnag1u7/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=8gaz6gphrtqu
