I was in psychosis recently and the voices told me I was evil, stupid, terrible, awful, a bitch. That I was broken. That they have my brain. That I murdered someone. They told me to watch Spongebob.
Sometimes when the voices speak, my consciousness feels like it's sticking to them. I think that's a problem that may be resolved with meditation.
I'm scared of going to the hospital again. I don't want my parents to call 911 next time I'm in psychosis.
I graduated from Telecare and started a new program called North Coastal ACT to manage my schizophrenia. My goals are to get a car and go to the gym and manage my psychosis.
The voices actually told me to "stop making stuff up." It seems like I just have to know somebody to hear their disembodied voice. I'm hearing our taxi driver and our gardeners speaking Spanish. The last time I got scared and the voices closed in on me a male voice said they knew I'd be like this since I was sixteen years old. Freaky stuff. Here are a few other things that has been said:

The voices were bad last night. They lasted 5 hours and said things like, "Settle down breaking up with us" "You're filthy" and "We have her brain." I am trying to quit smoking but after last night I went and got a vape plus some alcohol. I'm scared I have schizophrenia real bad. I went to the hospital last June after the voices turned on me for six days. I forgot how to chew food, was drooling uncontrollably, and couldn't pull my pants up or relax. I am not sure if the anti-psychotics prescribed to me are helping or making it worse.
Catatonic Psychosis
The voices turned on me and for six days I couldn't eat, sleep, or rest comfortably or pull my pants up. I then spent over a week in the hospital June 2025. The doctors did a number of tests on me including a cranial scan. They said I was low on potassium so they put it in my IV drip. They released me with medications but I don't notice a huge difference. The voices still turn on me every two to three weeks which lasts about 10 hours on average. I hear pumas, cottonwood trees, crickets, astral projectionists, aliens, Lucifer and God. Suction Monsters (the aliens) told me they lied about everything meaning they were never in trouble with the pumas or cottonwood trees. Great. They just got tired of lying with this one.

Why do people smoke meth?
In my experience it was due to a singular girl that enamored men. These men started smoking meth because of her. Years later when I met them they would act funny on the drug. I realized it was because they were trying to impress this girl and make up for the "baggage" she left.
Real or not here I come
Still debating whether the disembodied voices I've heard over the past several years are who they say they are. Lately I've been smoking the Suction Monster's "shit" and angering them into divorcing me. I've had a lot of what may be delusions. I just bought alcohol and mixing it with my medications. I also want to get a medical marijuana license but my doctors and probation officer are against it.
