Another lazy sketch because I was too busy for anything else, and this was almost a studying.

Briggit Lomang! His clothes will be redesigned in the future, but that's probably all.

Even though he's 26 y.o. at the time of the main fanon story, talking to him can make it seem like he developed slowly and poorly ahh. :'D His only social connection was his older sister, Alexa, but because of Flash, she disappeared when he was about eleven. It's quite a powerful loss, really.

They lost their mother either during their second birth or a little later, and their father was never able to replace both parents. Alexa assumed a maternal role to some extent, taking Briggit completely into her own hands and guiding him into her upbringing, but she did this, in part, because of her resentment towards her father… Alexa didn't get along with her father, and vice versa.

But Briggit treated their father very well, loved him, even though he didn't understand much. Their father is good — detached, but good. Her father himself was raised with the attitude that "children should never be exposed to tragedy; it's better to lie to them than to introduce them prematurely to the terrible reality," so he was tragically cheerful, playful, distracting… avoiding difficult conversations and not quite sensing when Alexa was old enough to finally know.

Children, in general, aren't as 'silly' as they 'seem', and they often sense things that adults think are completely inaccessible to them. Briggit was probably about a quarter of the way there, but Alexa could definitely resent her father, including for hiding the truth about their mother from them, and for the fact that they couldn't even talk to him about it, especially when it came to the question of where their mother really was.

So, I think Briggit felt not only a son's love for his father, but also some subconscious sympathy…? Perhaps he felt sorry for his father in his own way, because he couldn't help but notice the loneliness and longing of his only parent. Especially if Alexa and her father argued, although I didn't think much of that. But arguments in a family are always incredibly stressful, especially for a younger child.

Briggit's relationship with his father influenced his future profession — his father was a chef, and he became one himself! This was both an act of support for her father and something caused by Briggit's somewhat rigid nature when it came to questions about the future.

Alexa socialized Briggit both with herself and with her female friends, and so Briggit grew up very feminine and very 'safe.' He was, like, the kind of guy you could discuss other guys with, and gossip, and women's magazines, and even paint his nails… He was also easy to take along to slumber parties, because even if he found himself in the maternity ward, he wouldn't have figured out what was going on there or what was causing it.

Also, Alexa and her friends seriously judged the safety of makeup by how Briggit felt in it. If his skin was okay, then theirs would be fine too! He even liked it: it was fun, sociable, and it made Alexa look happy. Considering how shy and easygoing Briggit was as a child, this is especially important to him.

Growing up, Briggit still wasn't averse to 'girly things,' but, firstly, he never had any particular attraction to them, merely tolerated them (on the level of Sal from Sally Face, maybe? Maybe a little lower; Briggit wouldn't wear ponytails or dresses or anything like that, although he doesn't like haircuts), and secondly… Well, as he gets older, he'll want to become more masculine. That doesn't mean he'll succeed, though <D

And he's an artist! Alexa would ask him to copy boys from girly magazines so Briggit could draw them something Alexa wanted to see. Briggit had a budding artistic talent from childhood, and Alexa was deeply envious of it, while simultaneously encouraging its development.

Plus, a fun fact about Briggit in post-Flash: He also developed unusual abilities! But they're not fireballs or anything like that, but… erm… the ability to create completely random, yet edible, food from anything. Really anything. And really random! Sometimes pretty delicious, sometimes just edible, sometimes 'wtf is that', but at least always… Well, always at least edible. Even if it's a little difficult, yeah! Sometimes it depends on the recipe. Or 'recipe'. Uh-ok.

I stumbled upon the video below by chance and fell so deeply in love with the rhythm and dynamics that I couldn't resist. Plus, I finally got to play LISA the Downcast AND IT'S TRULY AMAZING, geez I really hope the creators will make a full game!!

Bc great and super charismatic characters, an interesting plot, excellent character development and just unusual dynamics..… I've already reached the point in the game where this music plays, and I really hope that I can make fanart with Blue Harvest and just with someone else from there :D

About art — It's not a full-fledged crossover or anything, but I don't want to take full credit for this, and I also really want as many people as possible to know about this fangame so the creators can be even more grateful for their worrrk!!

A pretty lazy sketch + I've rewritten this whole thing three times already, haha, but still!! I'm slowly working on more serious stuff and hope to regain my strength someday. ://D There's a lot more to come, though I tried to leave out things I might reveal later. Uh-oh.

Suzie aka Busy! A barren woman from Nerlot, a town quite far from Olathe… where Suzie would have ended up if not for someone's cruel prank with a motorcycle. They put her on the motorcycle but didn't explain how to brake, so she sped all the way to Olathe on that miracle horse! She was only stopped by a huge rock or something. Luckily, she's very resilient.

This character is a tribute to the amazing madness that reigns in Lisa the Painful in particular, as well as hints of personal amusement… and a growing adoration for Buzzo… and a certain feeling, but this came later, that Joyful was sorely lacking something. Well, and I just love creating women!

She's infertile, so she can't replace Buddy in any case, and infertility is an important, but not very conscious, internal conflict for her. Because… yeah. Nerlot is still in development, as is Busy, for that matter, but it features something resembling tribalism and some retrogression in terms of social roles and other things. Flash minimally affected Nerlot—most of the women remained, but the technological side suffered considerably. Because I dunno why the world descended into such a state in Lisa the Painful, if Flash only affected women..??

Nevertheless, Busy is one of those people who so desperately wanted a family and children that not only did she work in the same orphanage where she grew up (her parents died in a stove explosion when she was young, so Busy is also a technophobe), she also helped other women, sewed toys, and simply dreamed of something so out of her reach. Would this have been so important to her if not for the Nerlot device and the fact that it was unattainable? Who knows, frankly.

Busy also loves Native American culture, but she's relatively ignorant about it, so she tends to imitate them. Busy is her 'Native American name,' and also a bit of irony in the fact that she's almost always busy. Well, she's really bothered by the fact that she's not an Native American woman… but she'd like to be one..… So she even paints her face more as a parody, and is always afraid of being exposed too harshly, especially by them.

And for heaven's sake, don't show her Buddy! Otherwise, Buddy will automatically have a ton of toys and another parent….. oh god

Actually, I like the idea that Busy, having learned about Buddy, could sit by the fire and sew toys, trying to get Brad's opinion on a girl she's never even met in person, and preparing for a future meeting. Which might never happen. Of course, if Busy is included in the party.

And I'll also someday develop the ideas with Briggit, Bra Boys, and Smoozey…..

Still taking a little break from serious work, so we're here. Plusss Mobula is making the perfect commission for me, and it's fueled my love for Brimo even more…. (and not just for Brimo AHAH gosh Mobula I luv u I love you I adore you I Iiii-) she's so cool.

And this is also based on a recent visual impression I had. People can be anything, and that's fine, but given the global context… well, this hits in the gut really hard. The man was only one-armed, but I hope he'll be okay. O h.

And well, It also reminds me of my experience during my first run in Funger Termina, when, playing as Marina, I had absolutely no idea where to go or what to do, ran into the Woodsman, and he turned me into a sausage. Damn it <D but fun!

Brimo Krateida, ah-oww! My OC and sona, plus in Fear and Hunger it's that girl who moonscorched into Scenography. I thought about it for a long time and wanted to draw something full-fledged with her and all that, but she's cursed… I can't finish any art with her. ":D Haha, but still!

Since this is my sona too, and since it suits her so well, I want to make a game on RPG Maker one day; where she's the main character in a world of her own nightmares. The game is planned to be pretty personal and complex, but it could literally take years, given the situation in our country, my condition, and the fact that I spend all day drawing. But oh, hey, okay!

Btw it's going to be called 'A LIttle Little Morning'! So yeah, Morning, Little Morning, or ALLM… all that jazzz

I was looking for a simplified style for this, and in the end, this style might also be used for doodles! And maybe everything will change completely, hehe, who knows now. The style wasn't taken from anywhere intentionally; it's a hodgepodge of what I saw and what came out.

Sheeesh, I'm so tired... too? Feel like I could have done more and better, but I struggled with headaches literally every day. Not cool, Fernbalayala... so, yeah.

It's been a devastating, yet incredibly rewarding, experience: I can now see my strengths and weaknesses more clearly, and I certainly plan to work on them even more consciously now! I need to be more thoughtful when making portraits, at the very least.
