So after 2 long months striving to balance studying for finals and not completely destroy my healthy lifestyle, I finally get back on track, and have about 3 weeks until I go to the beach.

So for lunch I tried this recipe: pork steak rolls with flamenco cheese and onion sauce + salador

For the sauce I used one onion, olive oil, a little bit of coke and tomato sauce, letting the meat cook for about half an hour in it.

For the steaks’ seasoning I used salt, lemon juice, garlic and paprika
