Now there was a Pokémon nor trainer Moon had seen before. After scanning it with her Dex, Moon approached the two. “Hiya! I’ve never seen a Delcatty before, it’s super cute.” She giggled, folding her arms behind her back. “Is it alright if I let her?” Moon asked. Perched on her shoulder was her Mimikyu, staring eerily at the two.

Whitney turned at the sound of another voice, having not expected someone else to be in the area. “Oh uh, hello!” Whitney called back, Delcatty simply raised his head and looked at the other trainer and her pokemon. “Oh well thank you, he is really cute isn’t he?” Whitney commented, all the while staring at the other pokemon. Whitney wasn’t sure what it was, it looked like a knock off pikachu, eerie but cute in a way,

“Um yeah sure, but do you mind if I ask what she is? She looks like a pikachu, kind of. What is she?” Whitney asked, peering at the pikachu like pokemon.

Moon gave the pink haired trainer a smile. Although there was something familiar about her. Did she see Whitney from somewhere before? A TV special maybe? "Yeah it's adorable!" The trainer exclaimed. "It's the first time I ever saw one of these." Moon giggled, before picking up her Mimikyu.

"Go ahead! This is a Mimikyu. They're native to Alola. It loves the attention!" The eerie looking ghost cocked it's head at the gym leader.

“Go Delcatty!” Whitney cried out releasing said pokemon from it’s confines within the pokeball. “It’s training time!” Whitney announced and the cat like pokemon just stared at her, sitting down and cocking it’s head to the side. “Oh come on don’t be like that!” Whtiney whined as her Delcatty settled itself and curled up to take a nap.
