Meet Virtue!

Virtue is a tiefling rogue. At first glance, one might assume she is just a girl of few words. However, the truth is that she is almost completely mute due to an almost deadly encounter with slave traders in her younger years. Even though she's on the thicker side, she's quick on her feet and the only thing quicker are her thoughts. Practically growing up alone, she had to either think quickly or die trying. She owes much of her intelligence and many of her fighting skills to the elfen healer and dwarfen warrior that saved her life once upon a time. The time she spent with them ended too quickly, though, and now she must journey on and search for her place in this world. Will she be able to find it? Will she be able to handle her quirky new traveling companions? Will she ever get tired of pantomiming everything that she wants to say? Find out as her adventure continues!

Meet Silesse!

Silesse is a fairy magician (sorcerer). Born in the village of Dillinea, a small settlement of fey creatures next to a remote pond, Sillesse has lived a very sheltered life. While the village isn’t exactly cut off from the world, she has had little opportunity to leave or interact with outsiders. For this reason, she’s always yearned for adventure, and is more than excited when she is caught right in the middle of one. She rarely hesitates or holds back, and is very energetic. Oh, and did I mention that she’s 4 inches tall?

Where would be the best place to follow your campaign? Are you going to record it and put it on spotify or youtube?

Well I was originally just planning on writing up summaries and putting them on this page. However now we’re thinking about recording them. If we do, they will most likely be posted on youtube. We’ll keep you updated :)

Meet Lyra! 

Lyra is a Drow Bard. However, one might not guess her a bard at first glance. Because of her strict Drow upbringing, she is always calm and collected, rarely showing her true emotions. She also tends to judge others harshly, and doesn’t attempt to hide this flaw. In fact, she is extremely blunt and says almost anything that comes to mind. Because of this, she’s not often well regarded, but her snide remarks come from a place of ignorance, not malice. Despite this serious demeanor and blunt personality, she likes to look for odd solutions to simple problems, and may make a fool of herself because of this every once in a while.

How did such a un-charismatic person (despite her high charisma stats) become a bard? Follow our campaign to find out!

Hello!

We’re a group of college students who have just recently started a DnD group. We meet on Friday nights and struggle through the learning process together!

In our current and first campaign we have a drow bard (Lyra), a tiefling rouge (Virtue), a half elf ranger (Rose), a tabaxi fighter (Shadow), and a fairy sorcerer (silesse). Oh, and of course our lovely DM, Tristen, who doesn’t have a code name. Though some may call him Triscuit.

The unique thing about us is that we are all bilingual Japanese majors, and over half of our members have lived in Japan. For this reason, we decided to call ourselves the “五大(godai) Adventurers” for now, which translates to “The 5 great adventurers.” I will also be posting some things in both Japanese and English for practice and fun :)

I’m going to use this tumblr to post summaries of our sessions, drawings of our characters, and up to date character sheets. If this strikes your interest, feel free to follow us and enjoy our adventures too!
