Danny - You know when me and Jazz were just kids. Sometimes I'd be playing with my rocket ships and she'd used to tell me things.
Vlad - What things? What did she tell you?
Danny - She used to tell me all the time about the visitors. Being invited into spacecrafts. I asked her if she could bring me along with her so we could be together. So we could explore the universe with each other. The moon, the stars, and the solar system. But she told me they only visited during bed time and while I was sleeping so it wouldn't work out. I used to think she was just making things up. We imagine things, but now.
Danny - Thinking about it now I kind of hoped they would have taken me along with her...you know. At least she wouldn't have been alone, right?
His elder sister taken to a place that Danny couldn't follow unsettled him deeply.
Danny remembered their early childhood.
He remembered everything.
Staring at the sky day or night aimlessly, Jazz's frequent nose bleeds, periods of missing time. Keeping certain doors closed at night, or whenever she told Danny about space. How endless it was, how cold it was, and the spacecrafts she was commanded to enter. Despite how fearful she was of aliens she knew they were at least able to help her connect to her younger brother's fixations as he wondered about space exploration, the universe, and it's secrets
All of them culminating into the day her final visitation would end with her disappearance.
