Birthday breakfast.
This place has great vegan chilaquiles but they are spicy! I managed them good today xD grateful for another year around the āļø
I started a new habit in February. I now start my days with protein, and have breakfast early in the morning. Iām not a fun of eating in the mornings, I rather fast or have some tea, but I wanted to give it a try just because I read it might help with cortisol levels and also with muscles. I work out really early in the mornings that my protein was usually in until 12 or after, and if I want to be strong I guess I need my protein early to repare my muscles faster. I DONāT KNOW Iām no expert on this but Iāve been feeling good, and also Iām doing to control my sugar levels, and remove my acne.
This day I added broccoli just because I had it there and wanted to try it with tofu. It was good.
Overeating may be a sign that something is eating us.

Went back to make my own milk, and made some waffles with the leftovers.
Haven't made waffles in a while, I took a break since I was eating them pretty much every day.
I used oats, quinoa, amaranth, cinnamon, butter, and oat milk.
