Dad, I wish I could be better, but I don’t know how. I’m struggling with the seasonal depression every day and also am really trying my best to deal with the summer loneliness.

Took an Indian holistic healing quiz and it said Pitta was my Dosha type

I still don’t understand it very well but it’s like different elements and whichever type you are, if it’s out of balance is the reason your body is having issues

I mean it described like every physical and mental issue I have sooo

Excess pitta could be the reason I have acne, oily skin, digestive issues, struggle in hot weather, need so much sleep, and am feeling burnt out

I need to focus on staying cool and not getting overheated in order to help fix those issues

Need to get on a schedule that allows me to work on stuff at the beginning and end of the day before it gets too hot

Pitta types are also very fast thinkers, excess is leading to my extreme overthinking and overly critical thoughts

Will be working on balancing my Dosha!!!

Cause most old people don’t have a lot of people to talk to, so they get lonely and really seek out social connection
