Day 1 - Chloe Ting 2021 Shred Challenge
(yes, i'm doing it in 2024)
1. Ok, shit, this is kinda hard
2. Wait this is hard
3. Send help
4. Choking while mumbling 'send help'
5. Send help while doing the stretches
Feeling: I can't do this shit correctly, how did she even do it?
Day 2 - CT2021SC
(MY BODY IS IN SHOCK - like, you're doing this again?? 😭🤯, hint: she was not used to this. Mind you, for a whole day, I was in PAIN 🔥)
1. Ok, I guess the warm up is kinda fun
2. Send help
3. Hmm ok, kinda feel like set #2
4. Wait a minute, this full body is kinda fun, not as tired as I expected
5. Ahh stretch my 🍑 😩
ok I guess the lower body workout isn't THAT bad. But my worst enemy is the Core 🔪 I can't with the core.
Day 3 - CT2021SC
I'm unable to function like a normal human being today, I can't walk, I can't sit, I can't stand up. It hurts 😔😭 so so bad
1. Warm up, nothing special
2. Lots of jumping, I did this at 10.30 pm so was trying to do as quiet at I could
3. Pretty tough
4. Similar to #3, my abs and arms were falling apart 🫠
5. Thank God it's over
Tomorrow is rest day y'all. I really hope my body either 1) get used to the workouts or 2) recover miraculously
Day 5 - CT2021SC
I took 2 days rest, my bad, I was supposed to take 1, but got busy with work. My muscle pain basically recovered, like 95%. I was ready for day 5 workout.
1. Warm up, nothing special. I noticed I can be a little more active.
2. Full body workout, lots of jumpings. It was ok, I said that as a compliment.
3. Lower half workout. Not bad at all, I felt like I can keep up
4. Abs and core workout. I think my core muscles are pretty weak, way weaker than my lower body. I was feeling ok . The beginning then kind of falls apart towards the end.
5. Cool down, streeeeeeetch.
Muscle feels less pain today, I can (almost) keep up with the workout. It's amazing how my body easily adapts haha.
Day 10 - CT2021SC
I forgot to document day 6 - 9, hehe~
1. Warm up - gave it my best!
2. Hiit #1 - tried to follow through, lots of jumpings
3. Abs - maybe I nailed like 80%, tough but I can manage
4. Hiit #2 - lots of jumping, I tried to jump as much as I could in this one
-- I sweated buckets! 🪣💦🪣💦🪣
5. Streeeeetch~
No pain today since it was mostly hiit.
One notable thing is I can do a bit of the side plank with the straight legs :D maybe like 7 - 10 seconds
Day 14 - Final day. I pulled through, not sure how.
Here is a brief result:
- My belly is way more flat than when I first started, I took some photos and photos don't lie. It was a change!
- My body is no longer hurt like the first couple days, which is awesome
- I can feel the muscle 💪 hiding under extra fat. Unfortunately, losing fat is another issue 😭
I think I will do the Slim Thigh challenge next! Onto the next program! 😁
