I've got an idea for a Bloodymary Teacher AU fic. It's inspired by that one line in the movie where Grace says "It's been awhile since I've taken a pill from a stranger". So it'd be like, former party animal Ryland Grace, and Simon genuinely bewildered by the idea of the mild mannered Grace (who refuses to even say fuck) being the pass around twink during grad school.

Let me know if any of you are interested in the concept. Maybe I'll finally post on my AO3 for once.

Is AO3 the only place y’all really read fanfics or is Wattpad still relevant? Because I’ve always preferred actually writing on Wattpad but all the good stuff is on AO3… basically, if I post my Bloodymary fic on Wattpad will y’all still read it or do I need to invest further in AO3

Everyone is human! Yay! Eridian human designs! I’m probably going to end up drawing some of them so you can see them past my descriptions.

Adrian is the school principal because she’s a girlboss. I know she’s technically a scientist but having her be the principal just felt right also she has her doctorate so dw she’s still very educated

Rocky (real name Robert) ((name still WIP)) is a 7th grade math teacher. I just felt like since he was an engineer math would basically be his thing right? Plus in not getting rid of his passion for engineering (which I plan on using later in the story) But like he could be a math teacher that actually explains HOW math works and why it’s important to learn it!

Dr. Grace is basically exactly the same. Overqualified 8th grade science teacher, just with less space trauma!

I’m still debating what kind of teacher Simon will be. At first I was going to have him be an assistant principal to Adrian, then I scratched that. Now I’m considering him being the 7th grade science teacher cuz of his interest in botany?? And he and Grace can bond over science maybe.

I feel like people who didn't like Iron Lung because 'it all felt so hopeless' are not getting the right thing out of it.

The whole point is that even if you fail it matters that you TRIED. Humanity's desire to keep fighting through impossible, hopeless situations, not just for your own life but for the lives of others, is BEAUTIFUL.

I feel like I'm failing all the time. But this movie is a reminder to me that even if I do fail it still mattered that I gave it my all. And that actually gives me hope.

I use she/her pronouns but consider myself more on the androgynous side of the spectrum (wierdooo Ik)

Anyways I used to be on tumblr all the time back in 2020 but kinda fell off from my nerdy ways. (Lots of different things ya know how it is)

now I’m back! Comfortable in my skin, my identity, etc! (For the most part ?) and I love being a nerdy little freak more than anything so… what better place than tumblr right??
