I've noticed that the Super Smartphone manga is quite similar to Death Note, but still different in some aspects.

Main character was given a small weird object that is extremely powerful and dangerous.

Although Light used the Notebook to kill culprits,

Kyu used the phone to expose culprits that are roaming free to the police.

And there's even an L in Super Smartphone who works with the police

i'm really curious to see how this will turn out.
