What is the Showtime SMP, anyway?
It's a (mostly) vanilla SMP with a focus on storytelling, started by Zolister on June 9th 2023. It's filled with serious (and often quite dark) plot lines, but still features a good deal of improv and goofing around. Vibes wise, think Lifesteal or DSMP.
It doesn't really have a gimmick, except possibly the fact that it has a canon lives system (basically the same as the DSMP one).
It's loosely a second season of the Sussy SMP (silly name, but a good server). Although some members incorporate it into their character's backstory, you don't have to watch the previous SMP in order understand the current story.

How do I watch it?
The story is mainly told through livestreams, but some members also have videos. Note that the videos are generally less "periodic episodes that summarise all that's occurred" and more "occasional showcases of notable events".
Anyway, to start watching the SMP, I recommend simply picking a member that strikes your fancy and watching their videos and/or their stream vods, in order of publication. Or, if you don't mind being a bit confused and want to be up to date immediately, you can start with the most recent lore streams. Do as you see fit.

Here's most of the members who have saved vods and/or made videos (that I could locate). You can find more members (there's over 40 of them) on the official twitter. If you don't know who to pick, my recommendation is to start with Zolister, Vi, or Kantje.
- ZombieDwarf: News reporter who used to document the server's events. May or may not actually be a robot... (video)
- Zolister: Willing to play the role of a hero or a villain, depending on what he thinks will benefit the community. Solves issues with violence, and by sacrificing his own happiness. (streams on youtube, older vods, video, playlist)
- Xpyz: A cautious, analytical immortal who fell into an unfamiliar world. She remembers her friends from a past dimension, but they don't remember her. (twitch, vods channel)
- ViolettaFire: The server's therapist who could really use some therapy himself after everything he's been through. Xe's a pacifist, but don't mistake xyr kindness for weakness. (saves vods on twitch)
- Rinthehecker: A dragon who really cares about others, but finds it hard to trust them, and worries that her friends would be better off without her. They miss their home in the End. (saves vods on twitch)
- Rasplin: Loves a good fight and loves having high status items. He's quite intimidating, but even he isn't completely heartless. (streams on youtube, videos [1, 2])
- Quakitus: Tries to be a good friend, but that's kinda hard for someone who can't properly digest anything except human flesh and sees no issues with cannibalism. Needless to say her metal state is really bad. (big emeto warning too btw) (twitch, vods channel [missing first two vods], trailer)
- Kantje: Racoon businessman who's excellent at handling conflict diplomatically. Strives to obtain wealth and good reputation, but his priority is looking for his beloved lost daughter. (twitch, vods channel, trailer)
- Ivorycello: Ruthless murderer of murderers. With her, the road to tyranny is paved with good intentions (and with pink flowers). (streams on youtube, videos [1, 2], playlist)
- Div_y: Newer member. An archeologist haunted by nightmares, who uncovers a mysterious book about how to erase memories. (video)
- CrimsonBtw: Newer member. Arrived to the server traumatised after having just experienced a world getting destroyed (the Lifesteal wormhole event, but don't worry if you haven't watched that). (twitch, vods channel)
- ComplexlyRoss: Newer member. A funny mischief maker with a fondness for pranks and a disdain for wearing armour. (streams on youtube, video)
- BobaBear: An outer space traveler and Standard Galactic speaker. Despite everything that happens, they remain kindhearted, and always willing to give a helping hand. (twitch, vods channel [missing first two vods])

This is about whipped cream. I opened the refrigerator door too fast causing the Newly Bought Whipped Cream Can TM to fly out of it at hyperspeed, and the cap fell off somewhere in the process, and the can spitefully landed on the Nozzle, causing it to break off entirely and now i have a whipped cream can i used Exactly once that is now unusable and a lot of sad feelings in my heart
