I wish I could post more pictures of this place! It’s an amazing abandoned long term care facility in Alberta, Canada. It was VERY risky going in because it’s patrolled by police, so you have to be creative; but once you’re in it’s phenomenal and totally worth the risk. It’s a very large facility, with a pool, a gymnasium, and tons of rooms/offices. There’s also a few cool outbuildings, one is a canteen, then there’s two storage buildings, a greenhouse, and an office. There used to be a community garden here too, so tons of flowers are growing all around the facility. One of my favourite abandoned places so far.
Abandoned house in Alberta, Canada. Cool but also creepy because almost everything was left inside. At first I didn’t think it was abandoned due to all the contents but some trashed rooms, broken windows, rotting food, and dead animals were indicators that no one lived there anymore. The last signs of residency seemed to be in 2010. Two barns, three trailers, and multiple old cars were also on the property. Awesome find!
A beautiful abandoned home in Alberta Canada. Many of the original owner’s possessions, some of which included clothing, books, and even a television, were still inside.
