Just bought Siege Of Dragonspear and started a new BG1 game. So eager to play it through with this new part... Have you ever installed the Big World Megamod? And have you played it through? Very nice blog btw! 😆

hi! so strange to get a message, i haven’t touched this blog in 4 years but i’m glad you (and other people) are still enjoying what i posted!

i’ll admit right now: i’ve only played bg1 all the way through once, and i started another playthrough when bg:ee came out but i didn’t get very far. bg2 has always been my favourite and i’ve played that through more times than i can count. i’ve never used the big world megamod but i’ve used plenty of smaller ones for bg2.

i’m about to spend 2+ hours on a coach and i’ve got my tablet with me so i can play bg2:ee during the ride 👌 let me know how siege of dragonspear is, yeah? it might prompt me to play the entirety of bg1 again...

A new screenshot was just released for Baldur’s Gate Enhanced Edition! From this screenshot we see the new UI, some possible new work on the sprites (Imoen wearing armor with no hood and the monk MIGHT be bald), and widescreen! Enjoy! September 18th is soooo close!

I know they wanted to keep mods (and savegames) compatible, but I don't know if there's been word on whether or not they've been successful in that. Anyone else know?

Yep, the queue is empty, and I have nothing left to fill it with until BG:EE comes out and I can start screencapping it.

Just out of interest, would people want any spoiler warnings for BG:EE shots? Not necessarily for stuff that was in the original game, but maybe if I was going to post shots of the new areas people might want them to be tagged with "spoilers" or something so they can avoid them with tumblr savior if they want to?
