going through all the muppet movies in a row made me realize that like. miss piggy was made in the 70's. and it's so rare even today to have a character like her. she's loud, she's selfish, she's funny, she's extremely vain, she's obsessed with romance, she's violent, she's kind of annoying, and there's not a single moment in any of these films where she's asked to tone down any of these personality traits. i am not joking when i say that miss piggy might be one of the best treated female characters ever written

Reading an article about how Berkely researchers were able to make genetically-modified yeast that produces THC naturally, using the exact same diet that ordinary yeast uses to make ethanol (ie, sugar and basically nothing else). Literally think for one second about the implications of that. People, like regular-ass people, have made transgenic yeast in their garage (here's a guide!) and yeast reproduces crazy style. You could buy a little packet of weed yeast and put it in a sealed bottle on your shelf and feed it with old leftover fruit and it would be like having a little mini THC factory. If you were in prison you could get someone to smuggle in weed yeast and do the exact same thing in a prison toilet. And that's true for basically any organic chemical! Precision fermentation is soooo cool

And then she appears just at the end of the episode to kick his ass.

Let's say I really wanted to reduce the number of children who die in car accidents. Car accidents are really bad, right? Nobody disagrees about that. And it would be much better for both the environment and the kids' health if they spent more time walking, or taking the bus. Perfectly reasonable. More cars off the road, safer roads, fewer kids getting hurt, healthier kids. A win-win!

Therefore, let's ban children from traveling by car and require all cars to have a scanner on the door that scans the government ID of everyone who gets in the car to make sure no kids are in there. After all, kids get hurt in car accidents all the time! We need to ban this right away!

It does make me just a bit annoyed whenever someone says douching is entirely unnecessary and to just eat healthy and drink water. Cause like yeah for some people that's absolutely going to be enough to have one solid poop and day and be fine and i still recommend that advice for everyone. But on the other hand there's gonna still be people who drink regularly or eat greasy or frozen food a lot who still want to and will have anal sex. And even then there are so so so many people for whom no amount of eating healthy and drinking water will ever be enough be good to go with prepping whether it's due to digestive issues or just straight up not having a digestive system that on a once a day schedule

I love having my ass ate. I also love not giving people e coli from eating my ass. So taking 15 minutes to rinse out my rectum is really not the burdensome medical emergency many on here make it out to be. Just remember to use fresh filtered water, never use more than maximum 100-150 ml of water per rinse, and never rinse more than 5-6 times. The goal is to rinse the anal cavity not to power wash your large intestine. If you've been going at it for longer than that then it just ain't the night
