HELLO... do you have any tips and tricks on how to render? your artworks are gorgeous !! i love the way you paint.

HI TYSM A bit shocking since majority of the stuff here are suppperr old reposts 😭 Ehmm for tips.. idk LMAO uhh if it helps I’ll just tell you a bunch of stuff that I do. I almost always tend to use a grey background while rendering bc it helps me better see the values of the colors I. Guess???? IDK BUT IT HELPS FOR SURE. I use use complementary colors a lot over any other. Idk if this is trick/tip but I also tend to do like super basic shading & midtones under my linework then continue rendering but over all the layers and refining like how you would traditionally painting. And when I shift hues, I slide on the outer circle for variation?? I guess. Going to lighter colors for cool tones, always shift right, and the opposite for warm. Shifting to darker colors, cool tones = left, warm = right. It’s confusing just by words but. Idk trust me LOL It depends tho really idk I’m no professional by all means 💀 Uhm I think that’s all I can think of off the top of my head
