I don't know who needs to hear this, but every day that you decide to stay alive makes you stronger.
To be alive is to look in the mirror and find love in your own eyes.
And you know what I've noticed?
Every day, I used to wake up, look in the mirror and say "I hate you". But today, I noticed that I said nothing at all. I noticed that I no longer hate myself, and that I am getting closer and closer to self love.
Why, you ask?
I went to therapy. I participated, and I got prescribed antidepressants. And they work.
So every day that you decide to live, you are getting closer to self love and happiness. I believe in you. Keep going.
