Update
So I have officially went vegetarian again! 😂😍🤗 I still want to eat seafood like every once in a while so there’s that. But anyway this week was a reminder to watch the carb when being “vegetarian” so while I have been doing great without meat I really have to get good carbs. I have been a bit more active, just not as much as I would’ve liked 🤷🏽♀️. I am learning to not be so hard on myself because yesterday I did a hit workout and didn’t die 😍. I can’t check my weight and have not for weeks because my scale is being stupid so this weekend I will do a weigh in 😩🧐
