The urge to get really noticeably sick

I really need to start getting rid of any processed foods in my house but it’s hard when you have two other people who eat that stuff daily. it’s hard not to binge when it’s convenient and constantly in my face.

I did good today though, 507 cals consumed and I deserve a cigarette for staying in control.

Does anyone know how to curve food cravings and resist eating? Feel like a fat slob when I eat and some days I can’t control the cravings and end up binging. Any tips would be helpful :)
