It's officially 11 days until my birthday and lord knows how long since I've updated this blog. Even looking at the updated avis of followers are blowing my mind. I had two people separately get me to get the words that have been locked inside for so long. One is a trained social worker, the other my godfather. I addressed issues I've been carrying with me for quite some time. Talking about it hasn't made my chest expand more but it did release some pressure. I take responsibility for my own actions but the resentment I have towards the people that abandoned me are buried deep. It's easy to say to let go than actually letting go. It's forced change and I am one that doesn't do that easily. I cause change, I incite it in others but for myself? Dragging my feet thusly.
