Always jealous. I hope so, we’ll see. Melissa’s been kind of weird about holidays after everything so I’ve been trying to not get her to think about it. Am I doing the right thing or do I suck?

I can’t say I can relate to this – I don’t have a girlfriend, or celebrate Thanksgiving. Although if I told my family this – I don’t know what the reaction would be. They’d probably just laugh and think I’m lying. At least you’ll be there for Christmas, right?

Yeah, I’m gonna try to make it to at least my moms for Christmas. It’s always kind of hard bouncing back and forth between parents so we’ll see.

It was kind of a last minute thing. Oh man, hopefully it wasn’t too bad. Thankfully I haven’t had that type of person show up yet. Having parents divorced sort of gives you an in to leave early if someone shows up like that.

Melissa was very happy right now. She was away from it all and didn’t have to think about everything. The thoughts that raced her mind just a few days ago where long gone. She wasn’t thinking about her and this being his favorite holiday, and the thoughts of her telling him she wanted a divorce. Right now it was what beach they wanted to go too and what to do. “Babbeee,” she said walking over to Grant giving him a kiss. “I talked to this guy yesterday he told me of this place we take a boat ride to nice snorkeling place, ” she said with an excited grin on her face. “I think it would be a lot of fun.” she wanted to do it, and knew that he would too. Or that he would say yes just because she wanted to do it. “It’s so nice here” she looked out the window and hugged him for a moment just taking it all in. “Thank you for this….” she knew he had leave his family to be with her. Not a lot of his family did like the idea of Grant leaving his family to take her away for a few days. @grantgustnx

Grant couldn’t be happier with having Thanksgiving here instead of at home. He wanted Melissa to be comfortable and not get anxious about celebrating a holiday. He looked up when Melissa came over to him and smiled. “Hey,” he chuckled wrapping his arms around her waist. “Now that sounds like an amazing idea, we should totally do it,” he smiled as he wrapped his arms around her. “It’s amazing here,” he mumbled looking out the window with her. “You don’t have to thank me. Anything for you, babe.” he smiled kissing her cheek.

Not to toot my own horn but yes, toot toot. How about we ditch the girls and run away together? I think this is the best option.

I’m all for ditching them and running away. Best thing to do right about now. They won’t mind, I’m sure.
