In the realm of what-ifs, those Hanafuda cards remain suspended in time—a symbol of unfulfilled possibilities and the allure of what might have been. As I continue to wander through the streets of life, I carry with me the image of those cards, a reminder to seize the opportunities that unfold before me and to cherish the beauty that reveals itself in unexpected places.

The human costs of these conflicts have been immense and continue to be felt to this day. Have you seen your father stare into space when a plane flies overhead? the tightness in his knuckles at the grocery store because the cashier looks familiar? There is no reason for this, we failed the next generations by allowing these things to happen, bullets bodies and broken minds are not the only way to solve a conflict, and our politicians and leaders know this but they do nothing. Remove them all.
