Reasonably certain Mossman was behind Freeman’s random jump into Breen’s office during the teleport. She probably thought she could solve all the problems with one very efficient button press: either Freeman kills Breen and Eli is safe, or Breen captures Freeman, and Eli is safe. Win/win. I’m still developing what I think of her character, but I am liking her as absolute pragmatist whose world revolves around keep Eli alive at all costs for reasons that only make sense to her. Her loyalty is not to him, but to his continued existence; big difference.

If the gman had encountered her, just imagine her standing there lecturing and lecturing him about entanglement theory and why everything she’s done is really for the best and if he could just see it all from her point of view he’d understand and-and- and the poor guy is like “FINE Eli lives, go HOME lady”
