opening a bakery seemed like a good idea at the time however the early rising deal is something she apparently overlooked. dont ask how. shes not as much of an early riser as she used to be. the man sleeping behind her is the main culprit on that though. could be worse; she lives above the damn place for a reason.
the redhead cracks an eye open to get a bleary look at the clock. shit. he’s right. hopefully the delay start on the coffee machine got set last night. “i dont wanna.” its a garbled whine, half muffled by the mattress her face is pressed into. a hand blindly reaching over her shoulder to muss up his bedhead even more. “five more minutes doc.”
he can’t help the soft chuckle that leaves him her fingers messing his hair further. five more minutes? maybe.
henry shifts, finally willing himself to sit up in bed with a loud yawn. “mmm...” he rubs his face, before leaning over the half-awake woman. “i’ll get things started...” a kiss to the side of her face before he pulls himself out of bed. “i’ll bring up a cup of coffee for you in about ten, toots.”
