Two people in bondage and facing each other undergoing rapid preg - their rapidly expanding bellies meeting and squishing against each other, moaning into their gags as their respective broods kick against each other
They're trapped, at first with plenty of space between the two of them, with no chance of making any physical contact. They begin to swell up, babies rapidly fattening their bellies no matter how much they struggle against their bindings. They helplessly watch each other grow heavy, round, and fertile, as their belly buttons are pushed flat from within by the growing mass of babies inside of them, and soon how they pop out all at once.
There's nothing they can do to stop it or even slow it down as their bellies inch closer and closer together, both of them groaning in terror as they first brush the skin of their equally pregnant counterpart. Soon, their bellies are flush against one another. Whatever is growing inside of them is moving, and the increasing pressure from the tightening space of their wombs and how they're beginning to press uncomfortably into one another. Their broods squirm and kick vigorously against one another, making their parents cry out and groan in discomfort and mounting horror.
