ORIGENTEN.

he’s never interacted with animals . his eyes , skeptical : eyed the cat . origin wouldn’t deny it was tempting . but how did cats like to be pet ? was it WEIRD to say he never pet a cat –––––- any animal –––––- before ? probably . was he overthinking it ? YES !! he knelt down , offering his hand to cat before . . . gingerly scratching under his chin . “ i’ve never had pets before . ”

it might’ve been a little weird to kat, seeing someone interact with a feline like that ; so strangely & carefully. but dusty was not a NORMAL cat by any means, half - physical / half - dust, unlike any other cat she’s seen. dusty, to his credit, allows himself to be pet by someone other than kat, but doesn’t seem all too happy --------- she’ll make sure to make it up to him later with some treats. ❛ i know some of them can be a handful !!! thankfully, dusty’s pretty alright, when he isn’t getting his nose in things he shouldn’t be eating. ... I’M KAT. ❜
