Suekane Kumiko was one of the two artists who worked on the first Ace Attorney game

she designed both Phoenix and Miles and most of everything else

she also pushed the director/writer into fleshing out relationships between characters

among other things, Maya wouldn't even be Phoenix's mentor's younger sister if not for Suekane-san

Takumi Shuu just wanted a mystery game

and of course the relationship between Miles and Phoenix is also mostly hers

as I understand it, Miles was gonna be a boring 40 year old dude before she intervened

and here's the best part: SHE IS AN ARTIST OF BOYS' LOVE DOUJINSHI
