“That’s a bit of a contradiction–but I will love him none the less. I have a knack for protecting people from thunder.” She murmured to the fluffy black puppy.  “Home is a feeling, never a place. Remember Washington use to be home, guess it’s just weird going back there when your heart is here.” A smile formed against her lips. “Oh hush, I have reached my maximum growth. You know that. So how his this new life treating you?–How are things with Kirty?”

“You always kept me safe when I was little.” he smiled as he saw how happy she was with her new house guest. “It changes all the time, who knows where we will all end up.” he said plopping on her couch and looking over at her. “ My heart is here with all the amazing people I’ve met and love. Home has some nice things, saturdays in the park, good food, mom an dad.” he grinned to her. “ We’re good, she’s doing her thing and we try to talk everyday. She’s a good girl honestly. How about you and G.I. Joe? He still sleeping on the couch?”

“If I was not the first person you came to see I would be devastated. Not literally but I have been working on my disappointment face.” Pulling him into a hug the tiny female held onto him a little longer than needed. It had been a few weeks and she had truly missed him. Scooping the puppy out his hand she lifted the fluffy pup up into the air then brought him close to her chest for a snuggle. “He’s perfect Gray, honestly.”

“I know he’s perfect and he’s scared of thunder... go figure.” he said pulling the woman in for a tight hug. “I love you, B. I’ve missed you so much, D.C. isn’t home without you.” he said holding her close and kiss the top of her head, “I’m still taller then you. Are you ever going to grow?!” he faked shock.

“Of course you get all of that i came to see you first after all. beside i got you a present. I hope you like him.” he said pulling the puppy from his duffel bag.

She blew kisses at the screen,her lips puckering up and her eyes shutting tight. The love she felt for this guy was beyond anything she could have ever imagined. He was a wonderful person who inspired her every single day. Now having him in front of her even if it was on the screen of her computer,she didn’t want to say goodbye. She would have canceled in a heart beat but she knew she had to learn how to be her own person too. Kirty smiled and nodded. “And you need to sleep. You had a long day it seems. You need to rest those pretty eyes. I love you.” She leaned into the screen and planted a kiss on it. “Goodnight,amorcito.”

Hanging up the call Gray purchased his plane tickets to go and see his family in LA. Even though it had only been a couple weeks he was missing them and homesick for them. it was weird to think everything change in a matter of weeks but he was also thankful for the opportunities he was blessed with. Sending oliver a quick text he eventually packed and headed for the airport.

“You just look so good!” She laughed as Stark gave another loud bark. “My friends? Oh. Oh! Yes! I’m still dizzy over how sexy my boyfriend looks right now.” She giggled at herself and grabbed the laptop,moving it over to her desk. “But first let me show you my outfit!” She gave him a twirl and shook her hips laughing. She quickly moved closer to the computer once more. “I miss you,Grayson. I love you. I love you so much. I’m so proud of you,baby.”

Gray couldn’t help but laugh she was too cute for words at times. “Well thank you he does try his best.”  Smiling at her he loved how beautiful and carefree she was he was glad to see her so happy. “You look amazing, you always look good though.” she admitted honestly.  “I love you too and I miss you a lot. I’ll see you soon though. I promise.” he grinned at her before rubbing starks head. “Well I suppose we will let you go out. Have an amazing time and I’ll see you.”

Kirty sat back up and leaned into the screen getting a better view of her boyfriend. She gave him a small pout and moved her hand up and down towards the screen mimicking touching his hair. “I wish I could touch it. You look so different. So… grown up. Babe… I miss you so much.” She sighed and blew him a small kiss right before she heard a bark in the background. “And I miss you too,Stark!”

Tongue between his teeth as he laughed, “I’ll be in LA soon enough for the time being you have to fake playing with it. It is very different thank you, I like it a lot it feels right.” he said. “Well I miss you too.” he have her a smile as Stark moved into the frame more and barked again, before laying down. “I should probably let you go with your friends huh?”

“That sounds really exciting babe! Did you enjoy yourself there?” She was playing with the keys of her laptop waiting for him to come into view. Just as he did, her eyes went wide and she gave out a loud squeel. “Babe! What did you do? Oh my goodness! Your hair! Where is it? Is that a nose ring?” Kirty fell onto her bed with a laugh and sighed.“Amor,you look dreamy!”

“It was incredible so many influencial people all in one space it was inspiring. I’m so honored I was asked to cover the dinner and the food was great.” he gave a smile at her reaction. “Well I cut it off and yea I did get my nose pierced. I just wanted to try something different. I’m glad you like it.” he shook his head as Stark jumped on the bed and barked at the screen.
