S5 ep18 spoiler question
There is a “Murder She Wrote” marathon on and I have an idea.
The show, even with the movies, didn’t really have an ending just a last episode. It happens to a lot of shows.
Things we know about Jessica Fletcher and Cabot Cove:
1) She has a LOT of nieces, nephews, and cousins (and children of cousins). In a very brief internet search there was only agreement on 2 brothers. But there is disagreement on sisters vs sisters in law.
2) If someone makes the effort to maintain contact (and she likes them) she will absolutely make the effort too.
3) She was an English teacher before the show started, presumably a good and well liked one.
4) A LOT of people have died in Cabot Cove.
I have an idea for a show.
Jessica’s funeral is packed. All the relatives, fans, friends. She’s buried next to her husband in Cabot Cove. Then there’s the will. She was very organized all physical items were already designated to specific people. Certain items probably warrant museum donation. Her liquid assets and future proceeds from her books go to a charitable foundation. All the good relatives approve.
Then there’s this 1 envelope with a letter, a key, and the necessary paperwork. It’s specifically left to 1 of Jessica’s former students who she’s kept regular contact with over all the years.
The key is to a storage container in the next town over. It’s filled with notes, theories, photos about a serial killer (maybe multiple). Apparently there mysteries are unsolved.
Additional options. Jessica ran a writing cloud when she was teaching and the inheritor of the key was a member, many members were at Jessica’s funeral. Jessica suspected a serial killer lived in Cabot Cove but did most of their murders elsewhere (except for the occasional slip).
The former student can have whatever profession makes sense
I have never heard the word allosexual before. I learned a word. It's in Wikipedia too.
Do yourself a favor and look into the adventures of soccer fans in the US for world cup.
I'm not a sports person but it's surprising wholesome.
Scots and Brits sports chants are fun
Scots drinking all the beer in Boston.
Road cone-ing statues
Inability to handle heat.
Deeply loving the food.
Thinking a highway is a walkable road.
Kilts everywhere
The Tartan Army gave money to the children's museum.
Gladslow and Boston are officially siblings
For context and sort of spoilers I just listened to Chapter 53,
Things I want to happen in Midnight Burger part.... something
1) Carl and Casper meet...
a) Casper is the only one who gets away with picking up Carl
b)Carl LOVES sitting on Casper. Purring, making biscuits. Ava is jealous. It's unclear if she's jealous of the attention Casper is getting from Carl or the attention Carl is getting from Casper.
2) Someone explain childhood better to Labooza.
a) Labooza has a teaparty with toys
b) the skateboard happens
c) she obtains a favorite stuffed toy or doll and NO ONE gives her crap for it but for wildly different reasons.

everyone shut da fuck up this is the only thing that matters
Oh My God Damn
It can be done via emoji kitchen. It's a new android thing.
It's cannon assumed that Casper and the David we've met are not from the same dimension.
But was that confirmed in cannon?
It's presumed that the dimension in chapter 33, 35, 36, 37 is none of their home dimension. But I don't remember any testing to really confirm it.
The only one who has confirmed different life events is Ava, because that dimension's Ava went looking for the diner while still working for the think tank.
I don't remember anything coming up that makes it impossible for it to be anyone else's dimension.
This David could be Casper's David.
I don't need them to be.
What occurred to me is that Ex's little sisters figured out a way to test if people are from the same dimension. So it is a question that could eventually be answered.
Also, if they're not from the same dimension, want Casper and David to compare notes and see if there are any differences. Just 'cause.
Is it more satisfying if Casper and Ava are from the same or different dimensions?
Relistening to "Three Sisters"
.... does Tida want to bang Casper?
I don't think we know anything about her romantic habits.
But she's giving off some "if you do the correct thing I will bang you," vibes
Just relistened to the Amelia Project/Midnight Burger mashup. And there's a part where they're discussing (1) that the diner doesn't usually drop them in such conspicuous places and (2) reasons that it did so.to get someone's attention
The diner repeatedly going to New Brunswick New Jersey.
The time we hear about is the 3rd time and they are in the middle of a cemetery. Not conspicuously inconvenient, but conspicuously illogical.
If that's not rolling up and shouting "get in bitch we're going to the mall." I don't know what is.
Could someone explain something for me?
--------maybe spoilers I'm not sure---------
I have seen at least a couple seasons of "the Boys", but I've read and seen clips of past that.
I've seen all of Gen V.
(I don't have Amazon prime)
Something said Ryan (biologically Rebecca and Homelander's) son is the 1st known naturally born super.
Homelander is in his mid 40s and unless I missed something he's not the oldest super.
Is it explained somewhere about supers not birthing other supers? Or are supers sterile? Or did I read something wrong?
Please and thank you
Aight, contains SPOILERS. Just putting my answer below as disclaimer and caution in case someone still watching the earlier seasons/other shows come across this.
Person who added stuff thank you. Folk who commented thank you.
I totally forgot Ryan's grandpa was a super.
Maybe that's the secret to natural inherited powers.
It would be interesting to explore a different experiment with the same compound.
Why would they put all their eggs in one basket as it were?
Could someone explain something for me?

Midnight Burger episode 51
Relistening to Chapter 29
Yosef and Zebulon would have gotten along so well. They would have been bestest friends.
They have a similar flavor to their shenanigans.
Eliot watching any of the John Wick movies and assessing John as a professional.
John Wick referencing Eliot's hometown or current home as somewhere he does not go because "I don't need that kind of problem"
Just turned on "John Wick 2"
Anyone else want to see him retire from murder and run a daycare?
As of 4/3/26 I have listened to all Midnight Burger episodes. Spoiler warnings as appropriate.
I forget what episode it is Ava declares Tico Brahe her ideal man (it's possibly in 2 episodes). But I think that's only because there are ways in which Ava is not self aware.
There is a reason she briefly chose Chad (besides baked goods), didn't choose Margarite (besides whatever Ava's sexual orientation is), and eventually chose Casper.
Work is work. She loves it. But what she really needs is someone who makes her world bigger, pulls her out of her head, and make her think of other things.
