What program do you use to put your lyricstuck together?
not entirely sure what this means, so I’ll just answer the things it could be
-I draw my panels in Adobe Photoshop CS6
-Other people use a variety of programs
-I save their panels to my computer, then upload them to the lyricstuck post itself
-I haven’t made any of the videos of our lyricstucks myself, so I couldn’t say what programs they used!
So.... I guess youre not doing anything considering homestuck is (kinda) over?
I had plans for post-homestuck lyricstucks but even before then I wasn’t really feeling it anymore, so...yeah. @v@

Okay, this is something I would do after Homestuck had ended if I could but I don’t really want to wait so, yeah. Givin’ it my best shot.
Also I love this song unironically. I just do. It is GREAT for videos. It is also about 80 panels long, by my estimate.

As both the creator of this project and the person who plotted the lyricstuck I'm kind of...thoughtful about this.
On the one hand, I don't feel too good about Wake Me Up anymore and I'd like to have a replacement! On the other, the intensity of the lyricstuck I see in my head is one of those things I'd be nervous about entrusting to 80 other people. Plus, what if something epic happens at the end of homestuck and I missed out on the chance to fit that in?
So! I do not know! But plotting out these lyricstucks has made me thoughtful about the next project for this blog, so hopefully...hopefully! We can do something new soon!
Just bringing this to the attention of all of those impatiently waiting for the next project, there's a blog called lyricstuckcollab who just posted their first project!!

Hi there, I understand you guys are pretty busy and all but I just recently looked at your newest finished piece waiting for the end and I'd really like to join in on the fun here for whatever lyricstuck you've got planned! I read the FAQ but I wasn't sure if I should send an ask or not with anything. If possible I'd like to be notified when we can come claim panels :) you guys are awesome and I'm excited to possibly get to work with you!
It's been a while since we were open, mostly because both mods are super busy! and I (toasty) am starting to doubt the plan I had for the third one. That said, when we are open again there will be plenty of posts about it!

Wake Me Up will probably be a little bit looser in terms of color requirements as and so forth because a lot more depends on the artists' personal experience. Still, organization does need to happen so hopefully papers and I will have something going soon. ^u^

do you have any deadlines for finishing this lyricstuck? it's been almost six days since you posted the message about 2 remaining panels. i, and i think the other artists too, want to see the results of our efforts...
Technically there isn't a deadline after we get the pinch-hitters in, but it is taking a while. I think one of the panels didn't actually have a pinch-hitter so I might take that over tonight. Sorry for the wait, everyone! I'll do my best to bring it out by the weekend but there are some variables I can't control!
Will you continue to do lyricstucks after homestuck ends?
Perhaps. Not for very long, though--I have my own projects to be finishing up in lieu of the EoA6. It's always a toss-up how long my interest in a fandom will last once the source material ends, but HS might hold my interest a little longer given how huge it is. No promises, though. If someone is interested in taking over here, I'd be willing to talk, but...
