quick info: i mainly write hinata post - timeskip, anywhere between his Rio arc all the way to where he currently plays for ASAS Sao Paulo. his high school verse does exist and i do write in it occasionally, but it is not my main timeline for him!

Hi! I'm looking for a partner to write Kagehina with! Looking for a Kageyama Tobio to go against my Hinata Shoyo. Looking for a partner that is 25+ as I am too! As for the RP, it can be either AU or canon compliant!

AU: Vampire hunter/vampire, with hinata being the hunter and kageyama the vampire. Maybe they were friends before kageyama was turned and hinata thought he was dead but finds out he isn't (totally). AU: anything fantasy related! could be A/B/O, haikyuu quest, a mix of both - or something completely different! CANON: they're ex-lovers or something and get back together somehow. Maybe with some added angst of one of them breaking up with the other, and the one who was broken up with is in a relationship now and the person who initiated the break-up is jealous/angsty over it. :-)

these are just a few suggestions - i'm open to other ideas as well! i'd love to have a partner i can worldbuild with and share art with! if you need writing samples, you can check out my blog or ask for longer writing samples as I write both script and para.

no one had ever told him there was so many kinds of cat food. his head's starting to hurt just looking at all the different brands and labels. it feels like he's been stuck staring at his phone for forever, brain turning into mush with no way out when he looks away in a daze and spots her. a lady. a lady with a cat! she had a cat with her! it ... was kinda weird looking, he wasn't gonna lie, but a cat was a cat and he really needed a cat expert right about now.

ever the extrovert, shōyō has no problem approaching her -- a little desperate albeit calm so he doesn't come off as some weird, crazy stranger. " hi, excuse me! " he stops a little ways away from her, bowing quickly before straightening up and giving a hopeful smile. " i saw you had a cat! and i ummm. well - i just adopted one! but ... i have no idea what kinda food to get him ... "

" ah! wait -- " shōyō watches, helpless, as the volleyball he'd been idly bumping in his corner of the grass goes long, arcing lazily in the air ... and lands on some poor stranger's head. oh, crap.

it's like the time he nailed kageyama in the back of his head, or when he accidentally received a ball into the vice-principal's head, except ... now it was some complete stranger's head. shōyō's face heats up as he practically hears tsukishima's snotty voice in his head going so much for third time's the charm or something stupid like that. " i'm ... so sorry! are you okay? it didn't hit you that hard did it? "

Hinata-kun, this moment, right now, is also volleyball. Think about how to win. Your body will surely grow, but in a sport where you compete across a tall net, in the volleyball world- where 190cm is considered small, you will surely always be little. You need to understand that you will get fewer chances than others. And you need to grasp those chances while making sure that you don't let any of them slip away from you. You... you of all people should always be in peak condition, so that you can always be on the front line when you do get a chance.

“ --- WHOA!!!! ”  he can’t believe his eyes. did that really just happen?! shōyō stands there, at the edge of the baseball field, mouth hanging open in shock. there’s a flush on his cheeks from awe, both intimidated but impressed at the speed and distance that the pink-haired boy had thrown the baseball. like a meteor! he thinks. not even someone like ushiwaka could hit something that hard!  “ how’d you do that?! ”   he exclaims, fingers still wrapped around the handlebars of his bike and effectively giving his impromptu ‘spying’ away. could you blame him for stopping to watch though?! that was seriously impressive! like, ridiculously, inhumanely so!!!!

shōyō breathes in and out, attempting to ignore the throbbing in his fingers as he sits on the medical bed, leg nervously jiggling. the last thing he wants to hear is that he’s broken them - it would take him out of several upcoming games while he heals up, and just the thought of it has  shōyō frowning down at his fingers, like his intense, dissatisfied stare could heal them up alone. a sprain, he could take -- dislocated even! but broken ... he gnaws on his lip, and looks up with an anxious yet carefully composed look on his face as there’s a knock on the hospital room door and it opens.
