“It was quite amusing, too, because there were times when a director would tell Alan what to do in a scene and he would say something like, ‘No I can’t do that - I know what is going to happen and you don’t’” series producer David Heyman said.

Mutualism is a relationship between two species of organisms in which both benefit from the association. Ostriches share a mutualistic relationship with zebras. Ostriches tag along with a herd of zebras because they have a poor sense of hearing and smell, so they take advantage of the zebras strong hearing and smell senses.. Ostriches have a sharp sense of sight, which zebras lack. Thus, these two species rely on each other to inform one another of any nearby dangers; together they are more successful at fleeing from predators.

The Campden Wonder is the name given to events surrounding the return of a man thought murdered from the town of Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, in the 17th century. A servant, his mother and brother were hanged for killing their master. But following the man’s return, it became clear that no murder ever took place despite testimony attesting to the crime by the accused. The story attracted popular attention in England in the years 1660–1662.
This case lead to the “no body, no murder” rule for hundreds of years. (Nowadays, you can actually be charged for murder without a body in a lot of jurisdictions. [x])

Holy crap, nature.
Lettuce was first cultivated by the ancient Egyptians who turned it from a weed, whose seeds were used to produce oil, into a food plant grown for its succulent leaves, in addition to its oil-rich seeds.

When we feel a strong emotion, such as the urge to cry, it is translated as stress to the ‘autonomic nervous system.’
The stress triggers the autonomic nervous system which acts to increase the flow of oxygen and sugar to the muscles to give us the much needed boost in dire situations. Consequently, in order to get more oxygen to the body, one biological response is to expand the glottis in your throat.
