Ok so my girlfriend recently broke up with me and ever since I've lost my drive for the gym. You got any advice to overcome this?
use your frustration or anger into the weights. use it as your fuel.
We don’t promote hate, but let her see what she is missing on after couple of months!and lastly remember that you are doing this for you not her. whether she is in your life or not. you want to be stronger. for your future self. for your future family or loved ones. to be able to support them even physically.
