These characters came to me in a dream, and as I woke up I had the visual of a pair of green and black lights rocketing through the sky, and since then I've been working on fleshing them out as actual characters

Jess (she/her) is a Green Lantern, she got her ring years ago and was trained by John Stewart. She was posted to Earth, told that one day there would be a society-destroying alien sent to Earth that she would have to neutralize.

Vikka (she/her) was sent to Earth to destroy human civilization and cause destruction, with the ability to create hard-light constructs, and the ability to evolve to overcome obstacles that stop her from her goal.

I still have a lot of details to clear up and uncover, but the idea is that Jess initially fought Vikka in order to try and stop her, but found that the malice she was showing wasn't genuine, and tried showing Vikka kindness instead, and was able to stop her from destroying anything more. Now, Vikka lives with Jess, learning what it means to be human, and learning about their culture.

They become inseparable, and eventually come to terms that they have feelings for each other.

[Started writing this and then accidentally took a nap and by the time I woke up and finished it, apparently the event was over, but I still want to write it. @thecutecryptidvtuber ]

*Oriane and Artemis were working in their lab space when a flood of grey painted over everything.*

*Suddenly, Oriane, who had been in the middle of looking at X-rays of hearts, was now dressed in a flowy sundress, her long brown hair in wavy curls a la Jessica Rabbit, and she was now reading a fashion magazine.*

*Artemis, who had been dressed in cargo pants and a tank top, working on some car mechanisms, was now in full Greaser mode. Her hair was slicked back, she was wearing a jumpsuit with a switchcomb in the breast pocket, and the car parts were now a motorcycle.*

*Neither girl seemed to notice, and continued doing their new activities.*

*Artemis fires starlight arrows into the troops and machines, seeking out weakpoints with each loose. A sideways crescent sits between her antlers, open upwards like a horseshoe.*

*Oriane dashes through the fray, loosing eel bolts from her crossbow into both bio and tech enemies alike. She stings anything that gets within 3 feet.*

*The two girls work in tandem, Oriane drawing their attention so Artemis can pick them off. They laugh and mock Blatto and his army the entire time, smiling and enjoying themselves.*

Ooc: I realized that, when going over our weekly reflections in my Computer class, the professor never actually looks at our responses unless there's a visual

I decided to get a little silly with the last paragraph of my response this week

I'm happy to say I heard a few stifled laughs from my classmates, and our professor was none the wiser, his focus on me as I talked about the joys of working with HTML code

Thank you to everyone who participated in my Valentine's Day shenanigans!

For a long while I had no idea what to do with Oriane as a character, but then after Dr Vain caught Hanahaki in early January, I've been planning for today.

Little pieces here and there, hinting at things but never revealing the whole picture, like wanting a tail, practicing archery, asking for samples of love potions, or even just making decorations earlier in the month.

I know that, in a community run on improv, not every idea will be accepted, which makes me even happier that folks decided to interact with Oriane's silly plan.

I'll take a bit of a break with Oriane and Artemis, they deserve a break after today

And as I stated in the original post, the arrow effects are temporary*, and will wear off while characters are sleeping

"IT'S THE DAY!!"

Oriane has been planning for a month now, collecting supplies, training with a crossbow, even growing a scorpion tail for quick injections.

She's procured an impressive arsenal of injectable liquids:

- Liquid concentrate from Dr Vain's @cr0wsvain Hanahaki petals

- A mysterious pink potion courtesy of @rattoenailclippings

- Some aphrodisiacs that Oriane herself had cooked up during this past month

- Liquid Gay, it's advanced form, and the various other orientations made by Dr Worm @twowigglyworms

And most powerful of all,

- A heavily modified strain of the Hallmark Virus, changed and tested to be Valentine's Day themed, canisters courtesy of The Janitor @sigh-the-kraken

Oriane was now loose in the halls of the ESC, shooting these tipped arrows and injecting passerby at random with manic glee, spreading glitter and paper hearts as she goes.

((ooc: The duration of the arrows and injections will last however long you want, with a maximum of 24 hours. If you don't want your character injected, that's fine. If you'd like a character to no longer have a serum in them, Oriane has antidotes and will gladly administer them))

Unfortunately, we won't be accompanying y'all on your quest, but we wanted to give y'all something to make the journey a bit easier

Oriane and I put our heads together and crafted up these little moon and star stickers for y'all- don't worry about running out, there's enough for everyone

Moon stickers give a boost for olfactory senses, you'll be able to smell as strong as a wolf

Star stickers give a boost for night vision, same level as a goggles, but in the simple package of a sticker

Place 'em somewhere on your body, doesn't matter where, and they'll work like a charm

Find Ko and bring 'em back, or there's gonna be problems

Now that the two have finally moved into the ESC (again, in Oriane's case), I thought I should share an updated picrew for her!

Some easy FAQs out of the way!

Artemis is now an Evil Intern, after retiring from the GSC

Yes, they two are dating

While it could be argued that Oriane was kidnapped, it was just a loving scheme to crack her Egg and let her live as herself

The stars in Oriane's hair are Artemis's, and act as both monitors and defense

(Artemis is much more evil than Oriane is, despite their appearances)

Now, let the good times roll at the beach! You can find these two cuddled up at the campfire listening to ghost stories and eating marshmallows, currently!

After the beach episode, they'll return to the hallway Oriane used to live in, but making use of an empty room nearby that Artemis has redecorated with the furniture from her matching room in the GSC

Howdy everyone over at the ESC! Update!

She's finally chosen her new name (it's so adorable!!), and wanted me to share it with all of you, so may I introduce to you:

Evil Intern Oriane!

Still going to be a while until we come back to the ESC, there's a plethora of Good and Evil forms that need to be filled out before we're ready to live in the ESC (again, for Oriane's part)

If somebody could save us some cannisters of the Hallmark virus, that'd be lovely! I really want to see Oriane high on Hallmark joy~ Don't tell her though, I want it to be a surprise ;)

Intern gecko temporary reference sheet, this is more or less what they look like! They are always wearing the suit on the left except it’s big on them and kind of dingy, though they might sometimes take off a few layers depending on the environment. They also always have the anti demon amulet (design undecided) over their clothes. They are in their sleepwear in the right image. They also never wear their hair up at all and maybe don’t brush it either
