I thought this moisturizer would smell (at least) something like watermelon 🍉 but no it smells pretty much nothing😅 @heimish_cosmetic Watermelon Moisture Soothing Gel Cream is formulated with 10% watermelon extract, fermented moringa seed oil, moringa ceramides, and more. Has a tiny bit of sorbet-like (if you’ve used a sorbet moisturizer you'll know) texture but not overly like that. It's a 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗸𝘆 & 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗹 in pinkish color. Sinks in fast, soothing in touch & keeps the skin nourished for a long-long time. It doesn’t give a mattifying effect but that plump skin. Perfect for combination (which is mine) to oily and sensitive skin types. Not many days since I started with this #heimish Watermelon moisturizer. So far liking it. Another take on the @jumiso_global Vitamin C spread🍊🍋🫑 [if you’ve read the previous post] My thoughts remain the same for 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗺. A perfect daily serum for all kinds of skin conditions. Lightweight and very comfortable to wear. The 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗖-𝗜𝗣 𝟭.𝟬 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗺 continues to be a favorite. It's a great nourishing one and great for a simple vitamin C routine at night. Why night? I did start with it in my daytime skincare. Later I found it a tad heavy on my sensitive skin. Done a good try ✅ @himalayamalaysia Fresh Start Oil Clear Facewash - Lemon 🍋 throughout the last week & in my weekend beach vacay. Surprisingly this cleanser exceeded my expectations. The beads in it aren’t harsh but gentle even with sensitive skin like mine and also does the cleansing job perfectly 🙌 I only wish the packaging was a bit better in quality. Usually, my parcels are collected at the dropbox and I bring them later at my convenience. Today it went a bit differently. Even after instructing our guards, the delivery guy called me. Has a milky texture, is a tad thick compared to the other two, and is very moisturizing on the skin. Love not only on the face but also down on the neck and chest area. If you hold the same thought as mine then this is your serum to freshen up that skin glow. Has Pure Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid 5.5%) with Alpha-Arbutin, Ascorbyl Glucoside, and sodium hyaluronate & more to effectively even out skin tone. The percentage #vitaminC is balanced so it doesn’t cause any sensitivity also didn’t give me any stings that I usually experience with a #purevitaminCserum. The glow effect this serum gives was noticeable even on my first-night use. [I prefer using pure vitamin C at night]. This serum has the lightest texture compared to all three. Has a very minimal yellow tint from when I opened it. I believe I’ll have to use it up fast, might gonna oxidize if I let it be unused. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 by @goodmolecules ๛ prolly the cheapest #retinolcream available in the market that is also with 0.1% retinol concentration. 0.1% might sound very low in numbers yet considering retinol it’s not a lower concentration of retinol especially if you you're a retinol beginner. For me, it's just nice and gentle just as it is named cause its been years I’m used to using retinol. More interestingly Alongside retinol, the ingredient list shows 0.3% of bakuchiol in it which is known as a natural alternative to retinol. Went on my skin flawlessly when my skin was acting normal and also on those days when my skin was sensitive. Being a gel-based one ( that's my opinion) isn't a not as hydrating as I would like my night moisturizer to be. I've been using a hyaluronic acid serum under it and I would also layer another moisturizer over it. Been using this max 2-3 times a week and so far it has been satisfying. Considering the price point and how it works this is already on my repurchase list. Had to write a vouch for this @haruharuwonder_official Centella 3% PHA Gentle Liquid Exfoliating Serum causes it’s worth it. I’m about to finish this bottle, max 7 use left here. Love every swipe of this #PHAtoner so far 🙌 This named as a serum but it feels like a toner. Been also using it as a toner, swiping my face with a cotton pad after cleansing. Recently been using this new @melanoccmy Vitamin C Brightening Enzyme Face Wash. Claims to contain: • Enzyme to gently exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. • Kaolin Clay to absorb excess oil, dirt, and impurities from pores. • Vitamin C to retain skin moisture, brighten skin tone, and lighten pimple marks. • Free off Irritants such as Alcohol, Paraben, and Silicon – gentle and suitable even for sensitive skin it's a creamy wash that lathers up into rich a foam to resulting clean and smooth skin. In my experience texture of this #facewash is identically smooth and most of the cream-to-foam type cleansers are available in the market. Also after washing it doesn’t give that dry feeling to the skin. I like it for that reason. Priced at RM39.90 which makes it a reasonable option for a daily face wash. I’ve tried their vitamin C serum in the past. That was a nice one on the skin and also this one ticked all my choices for a cleanser. Although I’m hoping they’ll come out with a gel-type face wash as I prefer a gel cleanser the most! At one point it felt like my face was going through a metamorphosis - 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 - inflamed sections everywhere, acne in pairs or more, post-acne marks last but not least textured and peeled skin. It was so painful everywhere! The 2nd picture 💁🏻‍♀️𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 Fortunately, the inflamed acne is gone. Some spots are there but it’s healing. Acne is still popping out but it's not those huge painful ones. Skin texture also improved a lot although still not there where I want it to be or what I had before I was going through this life with #acneskin. Skincare⁉️ Following the same routine (in the previous post) to date. In addition with @sundayriley lactic acid at night in a 2-night gap. Also for sunscreen, I’m using @muradskincaremy spot (it's amazing) as the Frudia in my acne product list didn’t turn out great.
