Reviving my tumblr for this next journey. These photos are about a year apart. The end of 2014 I was my ideal fittest self. I got pregnant at the beginning of 2015 and the photo on the right is 3 weeks before my son arrived. I didn’t gain a lot of weight during my pregnancy in a large part because I exercised throughout, but I lost almost all of my muscle definition and I want it back! My son is 4 months now and I’m finally feeling able to leave him for a couple hours at a time, so I need to get to work! I’ll post a current photo when I don’t have this little monkey attached to me. X

Nov 2013, to Sept 2014. This is the slow road, but it feels so much more permanent than any weight loss I've ever accomplished before.  And now I *think* I'm starting to see some little bitty abs wanting to poke through.  My stomach has always been the problem spot for me, but I'm finally starting to really love what I'm seeing.  7kg difference in these two photos, but I know I've lost more fat than that because of all the muscle I've put on.  Using the same bikini for progress purposes.  Look how it's not pinching my love handles any more.  Basically, I'm stoked.
