I think it is ridiculous to use words like alpha, beta or sigma. You´re either a grown up man or you´re immature.

A grown-up man is reliable, responsible, and secure. There is more to admire about a man who stands up for those who are vulnerable (humans and animals) than a man who exploits others for his own personal gain.
