Red couldn’t help but smile again as he entwined his fingers with Green’s. Birthday plans… Red never really thought about what he was going to do today. Other than sleep of course. ]

Well, how 'bout you and me go to the beach? I mean, when was the last time we went somewhere together? And, since it's your birthday and everything, I thought it would be a good idea.

[ For once, Red was lost in his thoughts.

He was about to go inside and continue sleeping when he felt a pair of arms wrap around him. He couldn’t help but flail just a tad, but stopped when he glanced behind him. It was Green!

Red wanted to punch him for disappearing, but instead he managed to turn around and press his lips against the Gym Leader’s own. He pulled away again but still had his arms wrapped around Green. He didn’t want to let go. ]

Kissing him back, Green laughed a little after being held tightly by the other male. He probably worried Red sick again, whoops. He pulled away after a moment, and pecked him on the cheek gently. ]

He’s a semi-depressed, semi-mute seventeen-year-old boy who is stuck in some creepy circus and he has no idea where his boyfriend and friends are. This is pretty depressing, really.

Red sighs and leans against his trailer, watching people pass by. Maybe he should just go inside for the rest of the day and sleep. He didn’t want to celebrate his birthday today. In a way, it was good that no one knew this special day. ]

Being the stealthy Gym Leader he is, he slowly approaches the birthday boy, and grabs him from behind! Well, by grab, it was more of a bear hug type of thing but you get the picture. ]

[ So, it was Red's birthday soon. Great. Not that Green wasn't happy about that, because, gosh, he was. Livid, perhaps, but, no-one knows that, sh. ]

[ Nope, even if he had to pretend he was happy ( which he certainly did not have to ), that wouldn't have been the hard part. No, the hard part is thinking of what to get him. They were stuck in a circus. What, were there even any stores around? Green was too lazy to roam the place, and risk getting lost, but he doubted it, anyway. Sighsighsigh. 

Maybe he could make something. Just kidding. This was certainly more difficult than he had thought. An exasperated rub of the cheek expressed just that. ]

Maybe he could take Red to the beach. After all, when was that last time they went on a date? Plus, summer was nearly over, so they might as well have made the most of it by taking a trip there.
