RULES
Please tag things with #gregstopheweek2023 or #gregstophe2023 when posting your submissions for the week! This will allow us to find and help share your creations.
Any type of creation is good! This includes (but is not limited to) art, fics, meta, animatics, playlists, etc. If it’s how you want to express your love for Gregstophe, go for it.
You must include Gregstophe in some way, shape, or form. It can be in a poly ship (ex. gregstophlovski, chrisgornny, etc) or even as close friends, as long as they’ve got some sort of relationship! Let’s celebrate both boys and what they mean to each other <3
If you choose to create something with more intense themes, you must have the characters at appropriate ages and properly tag for triggers (ex. heavy topics, nsfw, excessive gore, etc). It might also be a good idea to put creations with these themes on a walled site (i.e. Privatter) and simply link them.
It’s alright if you don’t do every theme, or if you don’t post everything during the actual week! The themes and timeline are mostly just meant to be inspiration and motivation– don’t let them make you feel trapped. The official blog will continue to reblog anything made for the week until the end of January 2023.
What is Gregstophe?
“Gregstophe” is the ship name for the characters Gregory of Yardale and Christophe (aka Ze Mole), minor characters from the South Park movie Bigger, Longer, and Uncut (1999). While their appearances may have been brief, both them and their theoretical relationship has garnered many fans over the years.
What is Gregstophe Week 2023?
Gregstophe Week 2023 is an event that will be hosted during January 2023, from the 1st to the 7th. It’s a week meant to encourage the creation of content containing the ship. Each day will have a theme (or themes) based on popular motifs. If you’re curious about how it might go, there was another Gregstophe Week hosted back in 2019 by redsdesktop that you can check out.
I want something similar but different (just 1 day, a whole month, a zine, etc)
Voting ended onNov 7, 2023
Hello! Yes, as it says in the title, I’m putting out feelers for a potential Gregstophe Week 2024! Now, it wouldn’t be the same time as it was last year— I don’t have nearly enough free time to plan and organize in the coming months. Before I even think about starting to plan anything though, I want to know how much interest there even is in another week. Would people prefer just one day of general Gregstophe enthusiasm, rather than a whole week with themes? Or are people so enthusiastic they’d prefer an entire month, or even a zine?
Nothing is set in stone with this poll, so just vote with what you feel most aligns with you in this moment! Also, feel free to say in the notes what you’d like to see should the week happen (dates, themes, rules, etc).
As it is now January 8th most everywhere and therefore the official end of Gregstophe Week 2023, I wanted to say thank you so much to everyone involved, whether you had a hand in the process of making the week happen, participated by drawing art or writing fics, or even if you simply liked/reblogged posts in support! I never expected this passion project for a little ship of two minor characters to garner so much attention. It's been such a delight to see everyone's work for the week, whether it's people who are regularly making content already, people who came back from the past, or newbies!
In particular, I wanted to give a shout out to @herbietales and @prichiyot for helping me out in reblogging content when I was busy on Day 1, @pnjrnk who was one of my constant consultants throughout the week's creation process, and of course @allymumu for not only inspiring and pushing me to actually do a Gregstophe week, but also making the gorgeous profile art for it.
Despite the fact that this is the official end of Gregstophe Week 2023, it's not really the end! This blog will continue to check for submissions to the week and reblog them until the end of January. If you weren't able to get all the days you wanted to do done in time, or you weren't able to participate during the week at all and wanted to, don't worry. Just continue to use the official tag or @ this blog! I've also opened the blog for questions, should anyone have any.
If you're in the mood for Gregstophe content, you can check either "#hype post" for posts that led up to the week or "#week post" for posts that were submissions for the week. Posts are also tagged with what they are, be it "#art", "#fic", or "#day" followed by the corresponding number. You can also message me (@alister312 hi, i organized this week!) if you'd like access to the Gregstophe Discord server. It's all ages, so do keep that in mind if you're interested in joining!
Once again, thank you so much to everyone who made this week possible in every way, shape, and form. Our favorite little revolutionaries may not have had an on-screen appearance since 1999, but there's no doubt that the love for them is still going strong.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to once again mention that Gregstophe Week 2023 has an official Twitter account which you can find here:
The official Twitter for Gregstophe Week 2023! Primarily hosted on Tumblr.
With permission from the creators, we are currently posting links to some entries for the week. If you would like to have links to your entries posted as well, feel free to shoot this blog a message!
If you didn’t know, one of my great loves besides Gregstophe is D&D 5e. I’ve been playing for about five years and DMing for about four. I think it’s super fun to create characters, even when I know I’ll never play them. There’s just so many interesting paths to take! More recently, though, I’ve been interested in the art of adapting existing characters into the D&D universe. It’s a fun challenge, as it requires not only an intimate knowledge of D&D, but also the characters you’re adapting.
As someone who wrote two entire meta posts on everything we canonically know about Gregory and Christophe, I’d say that definitely applies to me.
Today, for day 7 of Gregstophe Week 2023, I’m going to put together D&D 5e character builds for Gregory and Christophe. These are intended to not only be instructions for how to play them in a oneshot or campaign, but also a further exploration of their characters based on what canon tells us they could be.
For this one i decided to make a mini comic that i worked on for abour 4 days, and 10 hours on because it juST HAD to be pErfEcT 🫵🫵🫵 This is based off an rp me and my boyfriend made before we became a thing, After La Resistance, Gregory sees and Meets Ze Mole down a Tree where-in he vents all his anger, confusion and numb to Mole who at first did not care but seemed like he had his own thoughts regarding the situation and his own viewpoint to Greg himself❤️🔥❤️🔥🫶🫶🫶
and i thought my day 1 entry was late! hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
anyway this is my day 4, i went through so many ideas and drafts just to make this fucking thing.. im fine im doing great
sowwy this looks so bad :(( but i know u guys will like it lmao
if u cant tell whats happening (because this sucks), basically gregory and christophe are hiding in a closet or something and the dude whos trying to catch them is right outside the door and our boys are hoping this dude does not think to open the door. but they love each other so they r at home even in this high stakes situation <3
For day 5 “1/5: Devotion/Betrayal” of Gregstophe week! @gregstopheweek2023
Had to do this one pretty quick because of this migraine that won’t go away. Hoping to finish the rest of the week’s themes.
Anyway, sticking with the movies theme I’ve done for the rest of this event, this one is based on a scene in Call Me By Your Name. I thought that “devotion/betrayal” could work well. If you’ve seen the movie, you can probably understand kinda loosely why this would fit.
LOVESTRUCK AU!! 💗💗💗💗 a Roleplaying AU me and my boyfriend made while we were bored on a thursday morning,in this AU, Gregory and Christophe are both highschool students in a school and Gregory commits mass murder and kills everyone with a axe while christophe just watched 🪓🪓🪓🪓
Gregory w a Axe (A redraw of what my boyfriend drew<33)
