Because then you'd have all kinds of stuff to show off! You could be like WHAM, SHA-POW. And Jaune, Pyhrra and I would just be standing there surprised! Not that it'd be a bad thing!      There’s a slow blink as the hunter stares at her. She has to be one of the fastest talkers he’s met in his life. In all honesty, he’s only half listening as she rambles on. His attention slowly drifting as he tries to remember what god-forsaken urge drove him to come here.

                        —until she says hunter.

     Amazing how fast she managed to capture the cambion’s undivided attention with one word.

     …also, didn’t she ask for his name? Or something along those lines.

     “Name’s Dante. Yeah, I’m a hunter.” It’s like it’ll kill him to speak, or put any sort of emotion into his voice. He’s just a big ol’ bundle of sunshine and joy.

"Nice to meetcha Dante! I'm Nora! And woaaah! You're actually a hunter? Oh, awesome! Wait, are you one of those famous Hunters? One that travels the land? Because that'd be cool! But I've never heard your name around before? Are you a new hunter?"

Nora takes a step back to look him up and down. He looks pretty okay for a hunter she's never heard of. And she clearly has his attention now but he looked kind of.... Dull. Experienced but dull by her standards.

"Well, you could be new but you look pretty experienced to me! And you're not retired... Or I don't think so since you just said you currently are a hunter! Wait wait! Could I see your weapon?"

"I tend to keep things short, sweet, and to the point. Regardless, yes I do read often. I love to read. I just recently finished up a book. It was spectacular."

She tends to say that about almost every book. There are some exceptions, which should never be spoken of. Ever.

"Lameeeeee." Nora puffs out her cheeks. She then gives a small shrug. "Well I guess not a lot of people can keep talking. Or well, talk a lot? But it's kind of surprising because you'd think people could talk for a while. Especially since if it's on something you like, you know?

Oh yeah! What was you book on? Was it talking about hunters and huntress? Or maybe it was a fairy tale with a damsel in distress who learns to take for her own?" And there she goes.

"Your quite hyper." Runa giggled. "The ears don’t always pop out, mine hide in my hair since y’know, people suck." She frowned, thinking about Cardin a bit.

"Thank you!" She nods. She then bites the inside of her cheek, giving a small shrug.

"Yeah people suck! It honestly surprises me how bad people can be. But well it at least leaves room for the great to show how great they are and kick the terrible people in the shins! Or where the sun doesn't shine but that would probably be overdoing it by a tad bit! Well, not in my opinion but in other people's!"

Leave it to Dante to find the most loud-mouth person in the whole school. This would be welcomed (sort of) if the cambion wasn’t trying to blend in, now, it was as if a spotlight was shined upon him.

…he kind of feels bad for the other sucker that was called out, too. Maybe he can push her off on the other and scamper away.

"Just looking around? So you don't go here! Are you planning to come here? Or are you checking it out for a friend? Now that I look at you, you do look a bit old for someone to come to this school. But then again I've seen people who look like they belong it Elementary and ooh that's something you don't want to mistake people for, believe you me!"

She's just babbling along, and she has a feeling he's keeping up. You're in for a small awakening Nora. She then takes a step back, flashing a grin.

"Oh! But I should tell you my name, shouldn't I? Unless you're probably the type who'd rather not introduce names? You kind of look like that type of person. But you can't always trust people's looks! Unless they look like a criminal, then you might have to. But you don't look like criminal at all, no sir! You could probably pass for a hunter? Wait, are you a hunter? One from one of those far, far away places?"

Velvet smiles a little bit, happy to have support. However, she isn’t too keen on having violence solve issues. “I-I’m happy that you want to help and all… but… I don’t like using violence to solve problems u-unless I absolutely have to….” She fidgets a little bit, really unsure if that’s how she really wants to say that.

"So… s-sorry." Ugh, can’t even hold a simple conversation with someone who wants to help her and be nice to her. She’s, in her own mind, very pathetic. Can she do anything right?

"Aww. I was looking forward to being able to doing so. But alright, if you'd rather not that happen unless need, then I can go with that!" She chimes.

"Nah, don't worry about it! It's fine. Just don't let him pick on you! If you need, tell me and I'll get me and my friends to get on him. Speaking of friends, I'm pretty sure Jaune would like talking to you!" Nora grins, finally leaning away from the girl and putting her hands behind her neck.

"Oh yeah! I don't think I introduced myself? Or did I? Huh. But anyways, my name's Nora!"
