I started writing my feelings on Instagram, but figured I’d be able to express myself more here. One of the things that’s helped me with grief is writing down how I feel. It’s a stress relief.

weekends are hard for me cause that’s when I would see my dad. It’s been almost 6 months since my dad pas passed. Sometimes I feel like it’s harder now cause I am finally realizing my dads gone. I’m not as numb as I was when I found out my dad passed away. I’m not as busy with dealing with his stuff anymore. I find myself wanting to talk more to him now more than ever. It’s very hard lose a parent and some people will never understand.
