Me, forgetting to upload my attacks?? It's more likely than you think.

Anyway this was my 1st attack for this year. This is Siloriel who belongs to @kijrawr

This was such a fun one to work on! The design is super cool and I've not drawn a lot of scarring before so it was nice to try my hand at that. Plus the blue flame gave such a good opportunity to play around with the lighting which is one of my fave things to do in art

And the final one (for now). For this 3rd one I chose to make a comic, which is a terrible choice if you want to have an easy time grading your piece on the site because Artfight's system is not designed for comics lol

But I got the idea stuck in my head so it had to be drawn! These 3 cuties are Vortex, Faux & willow all of whom belong to @spinnando

This was incredibly fun to draw especially since I don't really do comics all that often so making a continuous scene for a change was very nice. Perhaps it is a little mean but I actually think the two sad bean versions of Vortex & Faux I drew are my favorite part of the whole thing, something about the pose I drew them in just tickles me

And my 2nd attack of this year! This is Ezra Kusnos who belongs to @corvidkusnos

This one was fun too, I'm especially happy with how the clothes turned out. I really wanted to draw them in a frame like it's a painting to be hung on a wall. I was going for a gothic stained glass window sorta vibe but with gold and jewels instead of lead and glass.

Finished the ref sheet for one of my main GW2 ocs finally! Been working on it in preparation for ArtFight. (If anyone else is on Artfight you can find me here btw.)

I have some old ones I'm hoping to update too, since I made the original version of this ref sheet template before the VoE specializations were announced. Also those currently only use screenshots and no drawings yet.

Oh and I drew her a quick thumbnail picture too. I'm not sure how I like it overall since I feel like you can tell it was done hurriedly, but I am really happy with how the visor came out.

Alright so this is kind of a funky one but lemme give some background.

There's a post that's been going around on Bluesky talking about how the only people who will ever be successful at art are those who are "naturally gifted" at it and that learning how to draw is like a hazing process that nobody enjoys. And obviously that's bullshit, humans have been making art for literally all of history, they're not doing that because they hate it. But you hear that kinda talk about different skills all the time, pretending that it's only ever available to those who are born naturally talented and in the process completely dismissing all the effort that people put in to learn their craft. Anyway that inspired me to find the oldest drawing I still had and redraw it. So I found back this old drawing I made for school when I was 4 years old. The assignment was to draw a self portrait, hence why there's text at the bottom that reads This is me. As you might be able to guess, mine wasn't super accurate. Obviously I'm way better at drawing now than I was back then, but that's because in the 21 years since I made that drawing I kept going and kept learning, because I simply enjoyed making art and wanted to be good at it. It's not mere natural talent that got me from where I started to where I am now and it's the same for every other artist out there
