I have been struggling to draw anything the past few days besides a single Luxlux drawing. IDK what this means for me. I am probably going to close shop and just practice stuff instead of trying to get a finished product. Anyway, Grim. Tried to do some forced foreshortening and an odd angle. Did I succeed? IDK. Outfit is more evolution of her initial design. I promise the thigh is important to the design and not just to give a bit of sex appeal(which is a theme with the Muses of OSAL as they are meant to be larger than life goddesses). I have like four concept sketches for her dress all trying to include the DOOM symbol in them seamlessly. But they don't flow well with her vibe or the reaper dress I drew at first. The opening is meant to be one of the hollows of the DOOM symbol. Same with the sharp points and the rounded end. Still not completely sold on this design for her. Just glad I finished something for once.

Luxlux in some sort of twisted carnival dimension

Prompt for today was "Twisted Carnival" so I drew a Luxlux along some sort of dark-carnival-inspired dimension. Why? Spoiler alert, there is no one who has a better claim to this place than her, Heiress of... Remake of an older drawing from a few months ago. But I thought, what if it was like a mega-evolution. So I amped up the outfit and hair. I probably could have bumped their bionic arm to great proportions with like circus cannons and stuff if I was any level of competent as an artist. TwT I hope the next prompts don't lead so easily into being another excuse to draw Luxlux.

“Scared of the Dark”

(You might need to turn up your brightness or turn off light mode for this one! I did my best to fix it but I got a little carried away with the theme of darkness, sorry!)

This is sort of a spiritual successor to my Kris Dark Room comic? I was still thinking a lot about being afraid of your room at night as a kid and seeing monsters and my mom’s advice to me about how to be okay with not seeing anything when you close your eyes to sleep. This comic was conceived post chapter 3 where Raise Up Your Bat got me thinking about Dess and Dont Forget being connected. I actually am not so proud of the writing on this so much anymore but I still really like some of the art (the isometric, love isometrics)
